The hotel at Aniyana will be a world-class boutique hotel, which will exude understated luxury in a spectacular beachfront setting. It will be based on the timeless desire for low ley, eco-sensitive, imaginative design, combined with unparalleled, non-obtrusive service excellence, great food and wine and complete privacy: Less will truly be more.

Located on the highest part of Lighthouse Point, the main house of the hotel will offer exceptional views of the almost pink sands of Half Moon Beach and the sparkling, turquoise sea. Wide open terraces facing the sea will follow the contours of the land to take full advantage of the magnificent views.

The entire hotel complex will be nestled in heavy tropical landscaping. A saltwater waterfall will flow through the main house, the gardens, into a series of inter-connected, multi-level swimming pools and finally into the sea. Guests will be surrounded by the sound of water falling, running over rocks, and the sea lapping the beach in the distance.

Hotel accommodation will include beachfront rooms, Beach villas and Lagoon villas.

A small and intimate destination restaurant, cantilevered over the water looking due west towards the setting sun, will also offer outstanding views of the sea and beach.

An equally intimate bar lounge will include private booths facing the sea.
